SMS Program Terms & Consent Disclosure

Effective: July 7, 2026 Applies to all text messages sent from memluv's toll-free number. memluv is owned and operated by mConnected LLC.

1. About memluv & This Messaging Program

memluv ("we", "us") is a voice-first AI biographer, virtual replica, and conversation companion for older adults. A Participant receives the service; a Purchaser (i.e., someone who sets up or pays for an account on behalf of a Participant) may manage billing but may only gain access to the Participant's biography or virtual replica if the Participant shares them with the Purchaser; the granting and revocation of such access is at the sole discretion of the Participant. SMS is used only to deliver a private link the Participant taps to begin or continue a voice-guided conversation, and — where applicable — to send account and billing service notices (Section 3). memluv never uses SMS for marketing, advertising, or third-party promotional content.

2. How We Get Your Consent

memluv obtains SMS consent the following way and never sends a message to a phone number until consent is recorded:

Self-serve web opt-in. When a Participant signs up on the memluv website and chooses to receive text messages, they check an unchecked-by-default box agreeing to receive SMS story prompts and account messages, next to a disclosure of the program, that message frequency varies, that message & data rates may apply, and how to opt out (STOP) or get help (HELP). memluv records the timestamp.

Consent is obtained before enrollment and recorded; the person is told what messages to expect, that frequency varies, that message & data rates may apply, how to opt out (STOP), and how to get help (HELP).

3. Examples of Messages You Will Receive

Always related to the memluv service — never marketing or third-party content:

• Welcome message — sent once, after consent, with a link to begin.
• Story prompts — sent occasionally, each a personal question with a link to continue.
• Account & billing notices (new) — occasional service messages such as a gentle notice that a subscription is paused, or how to resume. These are transactional, sent only as needed, and never marketing.

Messages are available in English, Simplified Chinese (简体中文), Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), Spanish (español), French (français), German (Deutsch), Hindi (हिन्दी), Arabic (العربية), Portuguese (Português), and Russian (Русский), selected by the Participant; disclosures are equivalent in every language.

4. Message Frequency

Frequency varies. Participants receive one welcome message at signup, then occasional story prompts — typically a few times per week, never more than once per day — plus transactional account notices only as needed.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan.

6. How to Opt Out / Get Help

• Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) any time to stop all messages; we send one final confirmation. Reply START to resume.
• Reply HELP for help, including how to reach support.
• Or email support@memluv.com any time.

7. Your Privacy

memluv never sells, rents, or shares your phone number or personal information — including conversations or voice recordings — with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it is stored, used, and retained.
